See feeds from around #12106 until around #12399. Most (if not all) are gay erotic blogs with spammy names and descriptions. I doubt that this is a regular user without spam intentions.

n/p | in title view, selects the next item without opening it |
space/shift+space | moves to the next/previous page |

A feed called "History Today
A feed called "History Today - Europe, Political, Medicine..." shows up many times on the list of "most recent feeds".

I think I see the problem.
I think I see the problem. The link is so long it's getting truncated so comparing it against the actual link isn't detecting that the feed already exists.
It's probably being pulled in from someone's Google Reader account so it keeps getting processed regularly.
